Dr. Mark Jia, M.D., is the Founder and Medical Director of Bellevue Health Clinic and Bellevue Laser & Skin Care.
As a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine and Cosmetics, he has conducted thousands of cosmetic treatments over his 20+ years of extensive clinical experience, with a particular focus on ultrasound and laser therapy.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Jia enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing, and he is deeply committed to spending quality with family.

Lara liu
Lara is a ARDMS certified and Washington State registered Aesthetician, she has a deep understanding and broad knowledge in Aesthetic Area. Lara has 15 years+ Medical Field experiences, and she is very dedicated to patient care and always helps patients to find the best way to treat and meet your skin care needs.
Lara is mastered and advanced trained from Bellevue Laser & Skin Care in aesthetic area such as Skin Tightening, Women Health, Anti-aging Treatments, Face lifting. and she specializes in Skin Booster/Hydrafacial/Viveve and as well as skin tightening services along with science-based skincare.

dr. Cindy Dong
Cindy Dong, DNP, ARNP is a primary care provider and an assistant professor of nursing at Seattle Pacific University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in 2016 and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2020 from the University of Washington. Cindy is renowned for her expertise in advanced medical techniques, including Ultherapy and Thermage, and she excels in applying the latest innovations in facial treatments. Cindy is also trilingual and fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
